My Favorite Band

Merry Christmas bitches! lol. Sorry, most of you probably don't get that. But if you've ever watched the movie Rent or seen the play, you'll know what I'm talking about. =]

Anyhoo, I don't know how many people will read this, but hopefully it's at least one person! So, I'm a total music whore! lol I take my music VERY seriously, and I have a lot to say about it.

So, my first blog post shall be about my absolute favorite band! =] I know you've heard of them. They are... the amazingly amazing pop punk band from the Bay Area... GREEN DAY!!!!!!!! ^_^
Yeah, yeah, I know what you're thinking, "Green Day sucks!" Unless you like them, which in that case, you rock! But from what I know about most people, they hate Green Day. My question is: why? Do people hate them just because they're popular? Cuz that's bullshit!
Well, let me tell all those haters something, almost all of the bands you listen to (unless you're into old punk like The Sex Pistols or The Ramones) wouldn't even fucking EXIST if it weren't for Green Day!
Tons of bands have been influenced by them so you can just shut the fuck up and quit saying they suck! cuz if they do, so does everything else you listen to! >_<>_<
Yep, that's right, the amazing John Lennon wrote the brilliant "Working Class Hero", not Green Day (though they did a pretty in-fuckin-credible cover of it) so you can shut up about that emo crap too!
